1. Am I able to visit more than one model during my schedule visit?
Yes. Once you have been identified by our Online verification software and our Sales Representative, please contact the Sales Representative with a request to visit other model homes within the same project. Additional model homes can only be viewed on the same day of the original visit. Please note that access to additional model homes can be restricted due to pre-scheduled appointments.

2. What is the maximum amount of people that can attend the private appointments?
A maximum 1 group (2 individuals) will be allowed during each viewing appointment

3. How long in advance do I need to schedule my private visit?
We ask that appointment requests are scheduled 24 hours prior to the preferred visit time

4. What is the duration of the private visit?
Up to one (1) hour per model home

5. How do I access the model homes?
Once your booking request and ID verification have been received, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the model home.

6. Is a monetary deposit required?
No.

7. How often are the model homes sanitized?
The model homes are cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis

8. Are the models supplied with personal protective equipment?
All model homes have wall mounted hand sanitizers, and we request that all visitors wear a face mask upon entry to the model home for your own protection. If you require PPE to be provided, please contact the sales representative.

9. Am I able to request a Sales Representative attend my visit?
Yes, please contact the sales representative for further details.

10. Are the model homes monitored?
Yes, all model homes are equipped with a surveillance system comprising of cameras and a two-way audio

11. What are the hours of operation for the model home visits?
Model homes are accessible 7 days a week including holidays from 10am-8pm
